If you want to lift performance, connection, confidence and wellbeing at work, Mojo for Teams is for you. To understand what programs are best suited to your team, click here to complete our team assessment, or contact us to chat more.
Each learning module takes roughly between 15-30 minutes to complete and we recommend dedicating a week to practice implementing that module's learnings. However, there is no specific timeline your team must follow, so programs can take between 2-10 weeks to complete.
The results of this kind of work can be more art than science. We're confident you'll see noticeable shifts in the way you and your team think and perform for the better. To help quantify this, we'll send you a few questions to check in on how perspectives, language and behaviours have shifted. For larger teams, we also provide participation and engagement insights and quarterly check-ins with your dedicated success manager.
