Your questions, answered

If you want to lift performance, connection, confidence and wellbeing at work, Mojo for Teams is for you. We’d also love to chat and explore if Mojo is right for you. Get in touch here. You can also test a free module here.

You get 12 months access to 4 programs, each of which includes 3-4 learning modules (roughly 20 minutes each), practical exercises, and a digital journal. Plus, we’ll provide onboarding and engagement toolkits to help you get your team started, build excitement and support you with the rollout. For larger teams, we provide a virtual kick-off and quarterly check-ins with your dedicated success manager.

The learning modules are between 15-30 minutes each, however the real work takes place when you start applying the concepts in your daily life. Most teams complete one program in 4 weeks and all 4 programs in 4-6 months. You can go faster or slower, but the value comes from applying what you learn between online learning sessions.

After 6 months, we’ll send you a few questions to check in on how perspectives, language and behaviours have shifted. For larger teams, we also provide participation and engagement insights and quarterly check-ins with your dedicated success manager.
